Context

MNCERT CC needed custom electronic badges. A run this size is normally ordered from abroad: long lead times, and no changes once the order is placed.

The problem

The badges had to be ready in a fixed quantity by a fixed date, and every unit had to work on handout day. A 418-unit run leaves no room for a re-spin, so design, component sourcing, assembly, and quality checks could not fail at any step.

What we built

Beelog Tech did the circuit and PCB design, component selection, firmware, and prototype iterations in-house, then moved the tested design into batch production. Every unit was checked and verified after assembly.

Where it runs

All 418 badges were manufactured and delivered to MNCERT CC.

What changed

418 of 418 badges designed, built, and delivered in Mongolia. The client received its own custom electronic product without depending on a foreign supplier. For Beelog Tech, the project proved that the full design → manufacture → delivery cycle can be done in Mongolia by a single team.
