Support & maintenance

Support for systems that cannot be allowed to stop.

A stopped system is worth nothing. After handover we keep watching it: remote diagnostics, OTA updates, scheduled maintenance, and spare parts. We also plan ahead for when the next version is needed.

Our approach

A connected product is a system that needs care.

A device working in the field is not something you build once and walk away from. It needs continuous monitoring, safe updates, spare parts on hand, and a next version when the time comes. Remove any one of these and the system slowly degrades.

That is why we design for support from the development stage: every device reports its own status, most fixes can be applied remotely, and data survives network outages. The result is a system that stays reliable year after year.

Support services

Eight things we do after handover.

Every system we develop or modernize is covered by these services.

01

Warranty support

Delivered devices and systems are covered by the warranty term set in the contract; within that term faults are repaired or replaced at no charge.

02

Service agreements

Response times, monitoring, and repair terms are set in the contract in advance. Both sides know who does what, and how fast, before anything breaks.

03

Remote diagnostics

Telemetry and logs let us find and resolve most issues without a site visit.

04

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled inspections and wear monitoring catch a fault before it turns into downtime.

05

On-site support

When a problem cannot be solved remotely, our engineers work on site.

06

Firmware and software updates

Firmware fixes and improvements ship over the air. The cloud side of the system keeps getting updates too.

07

Replacement parts

We keep key components in stock and swap a failed module quickly to bring the system back.

08

Lifecycle management

We track component availability and obsolescence, and plan the next version before it is needed.

In practice

How this works on the systems running today.

These three things run every day on the systems we already have in the field.

In operation

One Vend OS machine in the field, the Beelog cloud and an engineer's laptop. Step by step, how the three practices work.
