Proof in production
The Retrofit kit brings an existing vending machine online.
Vend OS is our vending platform: the VendCore controller in the machine and VendCloud software for the fleet. In a Retrofit kit the ESP32-S3 controller talks to the machine over MDB or Modbus and runs the whole cycle: payment → vend → drop-sensor verification → stock update → report. If nothing is dispensed the payment is refunded automatically, and double payments are blocked.

Washing-machine controllers
We fitted controllers to washing machines already in service and connected their payments and telemetry to our cloud platform. Today 14 washing machines run on the same platform as our vending fleet, with status and revenue on the dashboard.
Reading the sensors you own
If your industrial sensors and meters speak RS485/Modbus, you do not need to buy new ones. We read them as they are, bring the data onto the dashboard, and set threshold and anomaly alarm rules (STUCK/SPIKE/DROP).
